What each offering includes
1-hour session ($40): This session focuses on basic fundamentals, fieldwork for softball, and court work for volleyball. We identify and work on an athlete's weaknesses to build up their techniques effectively.
2-hour session ($65): An extended session providing more in-depth instruction and practice time to further develop skills and techniques.
Comprehensive package ($115): For both sports, athletes will learn everything from the ground up. This package includes detailed breakdowns of various positions in softball, such as pitching lessons, fundamentals for a bat catcher, and much more. For volleyball, we cover the importance of serving, bumping, setting, spiking, and hitting. We also delve into specific volleyball positions like libero, middle hitter, right & left side hitters, and back row defensive players.
